One new aspect about Multisite WordPress installations is that themes and plugins are handled centrally. Regular admins can only use plugins and themes that have already been installed. NAKASEC and affiliate staff will be “super admins”, meaning they have direct access to the installation page, but if you are paying to sublease a portion of the server, you will likely not have access to this page.
